Nationwide REO Services is a national property preservation company with a network of reliable preservation subcontractors. Our goal is to build long term relationships with experienced contractors who are able to pass a background check.
All vendors must have and maintain a reliable and responsive communication system.
We are a paperless office, so use of a computer is required in order to access our website for work orders, upload photos and receive emails from staff. Smart phone use is a plus.
Payment is Net-30 per invoice period, and every 2 weeks thereafter via Direct Deposit (preferred). Regular check payments are available upon request.
Contractors must have the following equipment:
- Computer with high-speed internet access
- Digital Camera
- Transportation
- Printer with Scanner
- Tools and equipment that are customarily required for property preservation work orders to be completed in a workmanlike manner.
